Core Education reserves the right to supply your name and email to presenters of workshops you attend, if they request it.
Students and conference staff will be taking photographs, video, and audio to record events during the conference. These may be displayed on ICT PD websites or used by CORE Education for educational purposes (for example, in print or web format). I understand that these images may also be used by CORE in their marketing material.

I understand that if I do not wish to have my image, or voice recorded and used in this way then I need to inform gwenny.davis@core-ed.net and any media person taking my photo, videoing me, or recording my voice at the conference.

If you contact Gwenny Davis (gwenny.davis@core-ed.net), a sticker will be placed on your conference nametag that will alert photographers of your wishes. However, it is also your responsibility to remove yourself from photograph, video, or audio situations.
